PIYOLET 2 Min Warm Up Sequence

The PIYOLET 2 minute warm up sequence is a great way to get your body ready for a workout or just to start your day. Combining the breath with the body through each movement awakens the muscles with a full body stretch. PIYOLET = Pilates Yoga Ballet.
