Health and wellness begins with working from the inside out. Since breakfast is the most important meal of the day, we always want to ensure we are fueling our body with powerful foods to get a kick-start to the day. This delicious superfood smoothie is one of my favorite’s! It is power packed with nutrients and it’s quick and easy to make.
5-7 green grapes
8oz Coconut water (unsweetened organic)
¾ of large avocado (or 1/2 small avocado)
1 cup of ice
2 tsp. coconut butter
Place all items in a blender, blend until smooth and ENJOY!
